Terms and Conditions 

The company Flöss ApS offers online shopping through the webshop www.floess.dk. We accept orders directly through the webshop’s payment system.

When shopping online at floess.dk, it is a condition that you as a user accept our terms and conditions. Once accepted, both Flöss ApS and you as the customer are bound by these terms. The terms are fully compliant with Danish legislation regarding e-commerce.

By shopping online at www.floess.dk, you automatically accept the following terms and conditions:

DELIVERY

At Flöss we strive to ship your goods within 1-3 business days. Please note, however, that in case of delays at suppliers or during particularly busy periods, longer delivery times may occur.
We ship orders with GLS.

Should there be delays with the freight provider, Flöss can not be held responsible for this, and in case of severely delayed goods, or non-deliveries, we will of course, send a new item to you, if it is still in stock.

SHIPPING PRICES

The shipping costs depend on the delivery country and your total purchase amount. The excact shipping costs will be informed upon checkout.

Payments for orders placed on www.floess.dk are made via a secure connection provided by Quickpay and in agreement with Flöss ApS.

All prices on www.floess.dk are stated in DKK or EUR and include VAT where applicable. If you order from a non-EU country, VAT is automatically deducted at checkout. Please see the section regarding customs and VAT for further information. The payment will only be charged to your account once the order has been shipped.

DUTIES AND TAXES

If you order from a non-EU country, you avoid paying Danish customs and VAT. Please note, however, that the item will most likely be subject to local taxes and duties, for which Flöss cannot be held responsible.

Detention of your package in customs may delay shipment.

CANCELLATION & RETURNS

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase from www.floess.dk, you are welcome to return the item to us. You have a 14-day right of withdrawal, starting from the day the order is received by you or another person at the delivery address. Please note that if you have chosen delivery to a parcel shop, the withdrawal period begins on the day the order is delivered to the parcel shop.

The item must be returned in the same condition as received. If this is not the case, we reserve the right to reject the return.

Returns must be registered through our return portal.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and cost 9.00 EUR (not incl. VAT).

For refused or uncollected parcels, a fee of 12.00 EUR (not incl. VAT) will be charged.

Please note: We do NOT accept parcels sent cash on delivery or parcels sent without home delivery. This means we do not accept parcels sent to parcel shops.

Please note that it is not possible to collect parcels directly from our address.

CLAIMS

All goods are subject to the purchase law rules on two years warranty. The right to complain means that you as a customer can complain about defects in the goods that have occurred within two years of purchase (you must therefore complain as soon as the defect or fault in the goods occurs). This means that you can either have the product repaired, replaced, have your money refunded or have the price reduced. This depends on the specific situation.

It is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect in the goods has not arisen from misuse of the product or other harmful conduct. The right to complain does not therefore cover defects caused by incorrect use, lack of maintenance or normal wear and tear. 

Claims regarding faults or defects must be registered through our return portal.

DEFECTS & OUT OF STOCK

At Flöss we reserve the right to make price and stock errors as well as sold out goods or printing errors.
We will always contact you in case of the above.

Reservation of goods.
As the colours you see on the webshop depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor will show the exact colour of the item on delivery. We make every effort to clearly reproduce the colour, cut and material under each style.

We recommend to always check the colors and qualities on the website before making an actual order on social media (including Instagram or facebook) as the product images on social media may appear different from reality, by ex. use of filters etc. on the images.

PERSONAL INFORMATION/SECURITY

In order for you as a customer to enter into an agreement with Flöss ApS, we need the following information: name, address, telephone number and e-mail address.

The collection of the above information is necessary for us to deliver the order to you.

The personal information is registered with us and stored for five years, after which it is deleted.

When personal data is collected via our website, we ensure that this is always done with your explicit consent, so that you are informed of exactly what data is being collected and why.

The information provided to Flöss is in no way passed on to third parties and we do not record any personal data.
