Refund policy


If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase at, you are welcome to return the item to us. You have a 14-day right of withdrawal and it runs from the day the order is received by either you or another person who is at the address. Please note that if you have chosen delivery to a ParcelShop, the withdrawal period starts on the day the order is delivered to the ParcelShop.
The goods must be in the same condition as when received, if this is not the case we reserve the right to refuse the return.

Shipping costs in connection with the return of goods are the responsibility of the buyer.

For rejected or uncollected packages, a fee of 79,- € will be charged.

Please note: We do NOT accept packages sent by cash on delivery or packages sent without postage. I.e. we do not accept parcels sent to parcel shops.

Please note that it is not possible to pick up or deliver parcels directly at our address.


All goods are subject to the purchase law rules on two years warranty. The right to complain means that you as a customer can complain about defects in the goods that have occurred within two years of purchase (you must therefore complain as soon as the defect or fault in the goods occurs). This means that you can either have the product repaired, replaced, have your money refunded or have the price reduced. This depends on the specific situation.

It is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect in the goods has not arisen from misuse of the product or other harmful conduct. The right to complain does not therefore cover defects caused by incorrect use, lack of maintenance or normal wear and tear.
